With a construction area of 11.490 m2, distributed by service areas, technical areas and parking concentrated in the lower floors. The entrance lobby, the bar, restaurant and the living area are on the ground floor. The upper floors (1 to 6) are intended for rooms, with a service pantry on each floor.
