In accordance with the Group's values, especially exemplarity, and in a context of strengthening national and European regulations in the fight against corruption and the duty of vigilance, EIFFAGE/JJTOMÉ implemented a compliance system supported by the following main instruments:

• A Code of Conduct that details the rules and conduct to be adopted in terms of business ethics;
• A training program aimed at employees in more sensitive positions (managers, employees with direct commercial relationships with customers);
• An Alert System available to all EIFFAGE/JJTOMÉ employees and all its interested parties (such as service providers, subcontractors and their employees).
